SHIPPING

All our clothing are made locally in our production house at Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. All of the plain clothing is ready, we shall ship your order within 2-3 working day.

For custom printing, It takes approximately 2-4 working days to print and package your order, and your item usually arrives to you within 5-9 working days after payment has been made. An email confirmation with the order details and tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed.

For urgent orders, please do facebook message us so we can do our best to help you expedite the production and shipment. Extra fees may apply.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

High value orders may impose a custom duties and taxes charge that are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online in countries other than Malaysia. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and to be borne by them.

RETURNS

Just a kind reminder that all our outfits and products are made to order, so we do not accept returns for size changes. However, in circumstances where the size is incorrectly ordered, we can provide you a good discounted rate for replacements. Choose your sizes by checking our sizing chart.

For items that arrive to you in the wrong condition - incorrect size, incorrect print, unsatisfactory print etc, we will do a direct 1 for 1 replacement. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel to let us know and we will process the replacement! This process generally takes only between 24-48 hours.

REFUND POLICY

For items that arrive to you in the wrong condition - incorrect size, incorrect print, unsatisfactory print etc, you are eligible for a no questions asked, full refund on the product item itself (minus shipping costs). We do not accept refund requests due to change of mind.
